About
As a teacher Annabel has taught art and design to people of all ages and abilities. Her private teaching to individuals and small groups centres on her Cambridge-based Art Academy but she has also led workshops in over 50 London primary schools and taught in a variety of other schools and colleges including Camberwell College of Art, Harrow School and Queen Mary College (University of London).
As a set and costume designer for the stage she has worked for a range of theatre and opera companies and her work for the Split Britches company has been seen all over the world. She has been English Pocket Opera Company's Visual Director for over 10 years.
Her principal passions are education and theatre but her experience is wide having designed for the Lemon Trees and the Flying Pickets, been a resident designer at MTV and in the early days of B Sky B presenting the TV art show for children Kids Art.
